Sports

Games and Sports are the integral part of the school curriculum. For all round personality development, students have the facility to take up different team games like Hockey, Cricket, Basketball, Football, Volleyball. Individual games like Table Tennis, Badminton and Athletics are also given due importance.

To encourage healthy competition, character building and physical stamina, inter-house competitions are organized for boys and girls. The school provides both indoor and outdoor sporting facilities and pupils are encouraged to balance their academic work with sports.

Emphasis on regular experience and physical fitness is built into the programmes and all games are supervised by the specialist teachers. We aim not to “produce champions” but to foster team spirit with the objective of “Give your best whatever be the result”. P.T. Yoga or Martial Arts under qualified instructors is compulsory for maintaining excellent health of children. Friendly matches are also held between the teachers & students to make the bond between them stronger
